Please note that when you purchase from this collection, we aim for it to be a special piece and thats why the Seruna Collection tries to maintain exclusivity. When the stock is sold, we turn down and tell future customers who really want the item that we no longer have it.
Therefore, we cannot accept clients who bring stock back after long periods because they have changed their mind – unfortunately in this case, there will be no refund and no exchange.
Due to the Seruna Collection being an exclusive collection
No items will be exchanged or repaired if it is altered from its sell-able condition in appearance, smell or anything related to damage. Seruna Collection does not operate on a scale like major retailers in SA and therefore we do not do refunds.
