Courier will be the responsibility of a Third Party Courier Service, Fastway Couriers. SERUNA will therefore not be delivering the package personally.

The courier cost will automatically be added to your purchase based on your postal code and region.

Dresses and outerwear have a maximum delivery of 2 items per bag. Two or more items will require an additional bag to avoid damage to your item. SERUNA reserves the right to advise the client accordingly of the above and request the cost of additional packages if required. At the client’s discretion, we will send the package according to the method best for the product and if not authorized by the client – we (SERUNA) do not accept the risk of the client’s preference/instruction if they choose otherwise.

Local Delivery is estimated at R60 and up. Local regions are restricted to Cape Town only. Any areas outside of Cape Town including Paarl, Strand, etc. will incur National Delivery costs

National Delivery has an estimated delivery cost of R80. National Delivery is restricted to areas that fall within the national cities and not outlying regions.

Outlying regions has an estimated delivery cost of R140 as it requires extra/ additional courier labels.

Delivery by third party may fluctuate. But the following delivery times are estimated:

• Local delivery 2-3 days
• National delivery 3-4 days
• Outlying region 4-5 days

Please note that we take into account preparing the package. In addition, the Third Party courier may specify certain times in the day to collect for delivery. If a purchase is made after these specified times, then the item will only be collected for delivery the following day. Based on the above, kindly allow an extra day to be added if necessary.

A tracking number will be issued to your parcel once it is collected for delivery. If this tracking number is not submitted to you immediately, you may contact us via email serunacollection@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0761259270 for your tracking number.
