SERUNA reserves the right to update or change these General Terms, without notification. SERUNA reserves the right to change pricing without notice. Delivery cost is excluded from the garment cost and as such will be displayed separately and added to the total cost of your purchase.

SERUNA items are subject to availability- in the event that we are not able to supply your order, we reserve the right to refuse the abovementioned order. Inability to accept the order may be due to unavailability of the item or issues related to payment. We will notify you if any problems arise.

These General Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising in relation to these General Terms shall, to the extent permitted by law, be referred to arbitration in Cape Town at the venue of our choice applying the Uniform Rules of the High Court of South Africa.
